Micki has an education background and graduated with a B.S in Education from Kutztown University where she played in the Women's Rugby team and Intramural softball league. She was also a member of the Hershey Wildcat Cheerleading Squad. In her spare time Micki enjoys weight training, ZUMBA , running and spending time with her two young sons and husband Aaron. A true athlete at heart, Micki combines her love of teaching, 15+ years of coaching and fitness to help each of her clients attain their wellness goals.
Kelby Munley-NCCPT CERTIFIED Personal Trainer and CERTIFIED TRX INSTRUCTOR, Certified in Pre-and Post-Natal Fitness. Team BEACHBODY™ Coach
Kelby is an enthusiastic certified personal trainer. Her interest and dedication for fitness and wellness began during college where she was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Her interest has since grown into a passion for all things wellness in particular nutrition. Kelby will be teaching TRX as well as Tabata training and boot camps at the studio! She is eager to help others to achieve their wellness goals through careful listening and planning for each specific clients needs and goals. In her spare time Kelby enjoys competitive running and Yoga.
Chris Brezler- Certified TRX Instructor & Certified Group Fitness Instructor Team BEACHBODY™ Coach
Chris graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Education. While at Shippensburg Chris was a captain on the Track and Field team where he was a 4 time all conference athlete and D2 National finalist in the 800m. Chris will be teaching TRX sports specific small group training classes as well as boot camps. In his spare time he enjoys golf, running, hiking, weight lifting and various outdoor activities.
Katie Keller- Certified Zumba Fitness™ Instructor
Katie graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Natural Sciences(Pre-Med and Pre-Education) with a minor in Chemistry. She taught Zumba Fitness at Pitt for two years and was also a member of the Brazilian Dance Club along with taking caporiera classes. Combining her education with her athletic background, ranging in a variety of sports, she enjoys creating fun, yet challenging workouts for her clients! In her spare time she enjoys trying new fitness classes, running, dancing and playing with her puppy! Katie currently works full-time at Drayer Physical Therapy as a PT Assistant.
